Community offering – a free sauna for everyone in St Davids! A community health programme and the Whitesands Sauna Club.

We would like to offer 1 free sauna session to every member of the St Davids community. If your home postcode falls within the St Davids area, including Berea, Carnhedryn, and Nine Wells, (those entitled to a locals pass to Whitesands carpark)
you qualify for a one-off free 55-minute session.

Community health
Regular sauna use has been shown to support a wide range of physical and mental health conditions, including stress, anxiety, low mood, chronic pain, cardiovascular health, and fatigue recovery.
To help people access the benefits consistently, we’re developing a month-long self-referral sauna course: one free session per week for four weeks.
This service is currently in development and will launch in the new year.
Whitesands sauna club
We’ve created the Whitesands Sauna Club to make regular sauna sessions genuinely affordable, flexible, and accessible for everyone in our community.
Our memberships are designed to fit around your life - you can use your sessions however you like, share them with a partner or friends, enjoy them once a week or all at once, and pause or cancel anytime. No long-term contracts, just good heat, fresh sea air, and a friendly space to relax and unwind.

Choose from 4 or 8 sessions per month - many couples go for the 8-session plan to share. Or try our 10-session sauna package, perfect for holidays, as a gift, or if you want discounted saunas without committing to a monthly membership.
